TCY- Coffee Yard is a women-led business that was found to solve coffee quality issues and improve farmers' income. TCY works closely with smallholder farmers, training them on post-harvest handling methods and farm management to ensure quality coffee and improved yield. This helps farmers gain better prices for their coffee from the market. we currently work with 3500 farmers that we train and source coffee from. We have created various employment opportunities along the value chain, including but not limited to inspectors, station heads, and those engaged in sorting and dying. we employed largely women and youth
