Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) is a Youth Serving Organization whose main goal is to build the leadership capacity of the Kenyan youth. To achieve this, AYLF Kenya works with young professionals and the youth in universities on matters of youth leadership governance and mentorship. AYLF is present across East African countries, with its impact and influence stretching to DR Congo, Zambia, and South Sudan. In Kenya, AYLF is present in 53 universities, with an average of 30-50 club members, translating into over 2000 young people meeting weekly to discuss matters of personal development, leadership, governance and emerging issues, and value systems. Our vision is to see a transformed leadership culture in Africa. For the past 16 years, AYLF has been at the core of building leaders who embrace love, integrity, long-lasting friendships, and excellence! AYLF Values collaboration and strategic partnerships drive us to achieve our vision and mission, of bringing people together for meaningful conversations around governance and socio-political issues. We also believe in the power of reconciliation and we look forward to fostering insightful dialogues where every citizen has a say on the country’s progress on democracy and governance at large.
